Scope
This policy applies to the Omar Eltaweel website, digital content, and online sessions.
Data we collect
We process account and contact details, purchases, payments, learning progress, bookings, messages, and information needed for platform security, visit analytics and email preferences. Visit analytics include pages, interactions, view duration, link source and approximate IP-based country through PostHog. We respect analytics opt-out and browser privacy signals.
Use of data
We use data to operate accounts, fulfil purchases, provide digital access, manage sessions, answer support, and protect the platform.
Payment data
Paymob processes card details on its hosted checkout. Omar Eltaweel does not store full card numbers or security codes; we receive only the payment reference and status.
Data sharing
We share only the data needed by hosting, authentication, storage, communication, payment, and AI providers. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell personal data.
AI assistant
Omar AI is an AI assistant, not Omar personally. We process the messages, images and recordings you share to provide the conversation; audio is transcribed to support replies. Authorized support staff may read conversations for follow-up. Our service retains chat messages and files for up to 30 days. A limited writing-style profile is removed after 30 days of inactivity. You can delete chats, and we request deletion of stored copies held by the AI provider. Processing and retention of those copies depend on the provider’s policy and service settings. Avoid sharing sensitive information the conversation does not need.
Cookies and measurement
We use essential cookies for sign-in, security and language. When visit analytics are enabled, a separate identifier helps us understand page usage without including your name or email in analytics events. We respect browser tracking preferences.
Email messages
We use your email for account or service notices. Product news and offers are optional and require your consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing in your account settings or through the link in each message.
Retention
We retain service and transaction data as needed to provide services, resolve requests and meet legal obligations. Chat messages and files are removed from our service after up to 30 days. Completed email batch content and recipient addresses are removed after 30 days, while delivery statuses and consent or suppression preferences are retained.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@omareltaweel.com. Some financial records may be retained when required by law.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, private storage, and necessary cookies for sign-in, security, and language. We do not use marketing cookies.
